At Ysgol Cambrian, we believe every pupil should have the opportunity to share their ideas, influence decisions and help shape school life. Our pupil‑voice groups give learners meaningful ways to contribute, celebrate their strengths and develop confidence, leadership and communication skills.
We ensure all pupils can take part, including those who are non‑verbal or use alternative communication methods.
Our School Council represents the views of pupils across the school. Members help make decisions about school life, share ideas from their classes and work with staff to improve our environment, routines and experiences.
The Eco Council leads our work on sustainability, recycling and caring for our school grounds. They help us reduce waste, save energy and look after our outdoor spaces.
Our Criw Cymraeg promotes the Welsh language and culture across the school. They encourage everyone to use Welsh daily, celebrate Welsh identity and support our journey towards becoming a more bilingual school.
The Digital Leaders support pupils and staff with technology, online safety and digital learning. They help promote safe, responsible and creative use of digital tools across the school.
Our Wellbeing Ambassadors help promote kindness, inclusion and emotional wellbeing. They support positive play, help pupils feel safe and welcome, and share ideas about what helps everyone feel calm, happy and ready to learn.
